Osborne: Tories have economy agenda

Shadow chancellor George Osborne has tried to reach out to the nation's voters by telling them the Conservatives are setting the agenda on the economy. In his last Tory conference address before the General Election, Mr Osborne said Labour were better at writing books than managing fiscal policy.
