Evolution evolving make number of key appointments

WYNYARD accountancy firm Evolution has made a number of key appointments as it prepares for another year of growth.

The company, which also has offices at Hartlepool, has responded to a period of rapid expansion and development over the last 12 months by restructuring its team through several promotions.

Joanne Regan has been appointed as an associate member with a view to progressing to full membership.

She said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed into my new role and look forward to helping to drive the company into new markets and continue its development as a practice.”

Her colleague John Kearney, meanwhile, has taken up the post of senior client partner while senior manager Andrew Rowe will take up a new role that will see him assume more duties with a plan to progress to the position of client partner.

Lee Watson has been named as a senior tax manager and will now begin developing his skills in the field of tax planning.

Emily Bentley has been promoted to marketing and business development manager, a role she has been carrying out for the past year; whilst office manager Sara Hall takes on an additional role having been appointed as HR manager, a new and necessary role for the organisation as it continues to expand. Francesca Crossling has also been appointed a tax senior.

Managing partner Martin Barber said: “We are in the fortunate position of being able to reward our team with the chance to develop their careers and grow their skill set as our organisation expands.”
