NEWCASTLE United’s impressive away form continued with an emphatic 4-1 FA Premier Academy League win in Yorkshire.
A double from Australian Brad Inman, a first for Dan Taylor and a Phil Airey strike brought victory over Barnsley at the Oakwell Academy.
Coach Willie Donachie said: “We played excellent football in the first half.
“It was a big test as Barnsley are an intimidating side, but we handled it well and let our football do the talking.”
