The Daily Mirror has Joe Kinnear issuing a “damning indictment” of Dennis Wise’s transfer policy by saying Newcastle’s squad is too thin. If the club isn’t sold soon, he will meet with owner Mike Ashley to lobby for January transfer funds.

After LA Galaxy owner Philip Anschutz denied an interest in NUFC, FC Dallas chief Clark Hunt has also denied he wants to buy the club, according to the Daily Telegraph.
