Beadnell in focus

BERWICK Record Office will begin its 2011 programme of events celebrating its 30th anniversary with a talk by historian Katrina Porteous on fishing and fishing folk in north Northumberland.

The talk, which looks in particular at the village of Beadnell, will take place on January 14 at Berwick’s parish centre, starting at 7.30pm. For further information contact Linda Bankier on 01289 301865.
