HELEN Greer of the Feathers Inn at Hedley-on-the-Hill, and Richard Slade of the Battlesteads Hotel and Restaurant in Wark, will give a talk to catering trade hopefuls next month.

Helen will speak on the Feathers’ rise to fame, culminating in the Great British Pub of the Year award. Richard will speak on green tourism and local buying at the Holiday Inn, Seaton Burn, on March 6.
