THE public meeting over the Duke of Northumberland’s controversial plans to redevelop Prudhoe Town Centre has been fixed for Monday, September 5, at 6pm in Prudhoe Community High School.
The duke’s Northumberland Estates has applied to develop 4,366 square metres of food retail space and 3,807 square metres of non-food retail space.
The application includes a civic office suite, first-floor office space, public amenity areas with a town square, 34 residential apartments, and access an improvements to Front Street.
