A TUTOR who led an expedition to a Himalayan peak will give a talk at Kirkley Hall college campus on January 18.

Carl Halliday, an outdoor education tutor at Kirkley, led the group to the summit of 20,182ft Stok Kangri.

The event at 7.30 has been arranged by the Friends of Kirkley Hall in partnership with the college. Proceeds go towards students’ educational trips and improvement of facilities at Kirkley Hall.
