BIRD expert Ian Armstrong will be sharing his 50 years of expertise in the subject at a special talk in Northumberland later this month.

Ian Armstrong, who has presented wildlife programmes on both BBC and ITV and was the regional officer of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds for 18 years, will give the talk at Kirkley Hall near Ponteland at 7.30pm on Wednesday, November 16.

Tickets for the evening, organised by the Friends of Kirkley Hall in partnership with Northumberland College, cost £5.
