FORMER Olympic 1500 meters medallist Steve Cram has stood down as Northumberland Sport chairman after 13 years in the role.

Cram will be succeeded by former international athlete and coach Tony Settle, who has previously worked with County Sports Partnerships including Northumberland Sport.
