SEA anglers have provided a £334 boost for the work of a Northumberland lifeboat station.

The donation has been handed over to RNLI volunteers at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea by Gary Kislingbury, owner of Lynemouth fishing gear suppliers Anglers United, who joined forces with about 40 of his regular customers to organise a fundraising angling competition and raffle.
