Generator stolen from Vindolanda

POLICE are appealing for information after a generator was stolen from a museum in Northumberland.
Between 2.30pm on June 13, and 7.30am on June 14, thieves broke into the Vindolanda Trust Roman museum site in Bardon Mill and stole a two tonne Honda generator and over 1,000 litres of diesel.
It is distinctive in style and is blue and silver in colour, with green and yellow logos on the sides.
