TYNEDALE Colts capped off a memorable season on Sunday, beating Alnwick 24-12 in the Northumberland County Colts Cup final at Gosforth’s Druid Park ground.

The Corbridge-based under-18s side are fresh from winning the Border League title, where they defeated a host of Scottish rugby’s most famous names, as well as being crowned ‘Kings of the Sevens’ in the semi-junior Scottish Borders Series.
