YOUNGSTERS from a Blyth special school have settled into a new building.
The Dales opened at the former Bebside Middle School site in Cowpen Road at the start of the academic year in September.
Bebside formally closed at the end of August last year as part of Northumberland County Council’s plans to transform Blyth from a three-tier to two-tier school system.
It was decided the site would be perfect for The Dales, which caters for young children with a range of learning difficulties.
