PEOPLE who want advice on how to get their voice heard by decision makers in Northumberland are invited to attend a democracy workshop later this week.

The county council-organised event will be held at the William Elder Building in Castlegate, Berwick, on Thursday from 6pm to 8pm.

It will provide people with advice and guidance on how to launch campaigns, start up petitions and lobby the council on issues which concern them.
