Bellingham Library on agenda at debate

COUNTY Council representatives will meet residents in Bellingham Town Hall today from 10am to 2pm to debate the local library service.

Public concerns over budget cuts will also be on the agenda, and The North Tyne and Redesdale Community Partnership will be present with information on the Rural Employability Project.
