AN ASHINGTON charity shop opens its doors to the public next week and hopes to pull in a few more volunteers to help run it.
Salvation Army Trading Company is opening a shop at 22 Station Road on Thursday, April 14. Ashington residents are being urged to think about sparing some time to volunteer.
An open session is being held on Wednesday, April 13 at the shop between 11am and 3pm when people can drop in and see what’s involved.
