Pizza face muffins

A quick pizza ready in minutes.
Ingredients
English muffins, any sort
Tomato puree
Grated mozzarella cheese
Mixed dried herbs
Variety of toppings – pepper slices, olives, salami, sweetcorn, pineapple
Method
1. Split the muffins in half and lightly toast in a toaster.
2. Spread the tomato puree over the muffins and sprinkle with the dried mixed herbs.
3. Make a face using the olives for eyes, cheese for hair, peppers for the mouth – use your imagination!
4. Bake at gas mark 6/200C for five to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
5.: Enjoy the pizza faces with a salad.
