Bank Holiday Monday 4th June 2012
THE Journal's Taste event will once again be an added tasty attraction to the Northumberland County Show and will see over 50 local food and drink producers and a great line up of top North East chef’s demonstrating their skills.
Always a popular date in the food festival calendar, the marquee will be packed with stalls selling everything from artisan bakery produce, cakes, jams, meats, cheeses, pies and preserves to local brews. Chefs, including John Connell, the North East Chef of the Year 2012, will also be demonstrating local, seasonal dishes in the mobile kitchen, housed inside the marquee, throughout the day.
A full list of the local producers and chef’s who’ll be present on the day is included below.
