Messages of love and hate pepper Facebook site

SUSPECTED gunman Raoul Moat gave a chilling message shortly before his shooting spree saying "watch and see what happens".

Moat posted the message on social networking internet site Facebook only hours before he gunned down Samantha Stobbart and Chris Brown.

He wrote: “I’ve lost everything, my business, my property and to top it all off, my lass of six years has gone off with someone else.

“I’m not 21 and I can’t rebuild my life. Watch and see what happens.” Moat also allegedly updated his status since going on the run, taunting the police by writing “Ha, ha! You can come but you can’t catch me!”

This year the relationship between victim Samantha Stobbart and Moat was seen on Facebook to break down as they posted messages to each other and updated their relationship status.

Sam listed herself as being in a relationship when she joined Facebook to single in January last year.

She then changed it again to say that she was in a relationship with Moat, to which he replied on April 23 2009 “Love you loads baby x x”.

But later she joined the group “I Remember When We First Met : Now You’re So Different, What Happened?”

She also joined “Anybody can be a player, it takes a real man to hold a relationship”.

Messages between the couple also deteriorated.

After jokey comments on each others’ Facebook pages, Sam wrote on January 23: “I love you, I miss you, and know that I fell in love with you. But you caught me. I never want this feeling to pass because I don’t want to live without you.”

Also in January, she wrote: “Why do men only ever think bout themselves and no **** else?”

Later, in February, Sam did an online Valentines Day Love Calculator, which brought out a result of “Sam Stobbart loves Raoul Moat 83%”, and they both joked that it “must be true love”.

Just over a week later she wrote that she “is looking forward to Saturday night out with the girls, well deserved”. But the big change happened in March this year when she changed her status from “in a relationship” to “single”.

The last time she updated her Facebook status was in April.

At that time, she wrote about owning horses, which she had mentioned several times before.

On her profile she describes herself as being “slim, sun tanned, blonde, fun, fit and a rite laugh”.

She lists her favourite quotation as: “Got to live life to the full, you will only regret it. Trust me, I know”.
