Celebrities contribute to charity clothes swap event at Alnwick Garden

FASHION lovers with any eye for a bargain could be soon adding a celebrity item to their wardrobes.
Famous faces from the North East have donated garments for a charity clothes swapping event due to take place at Alnwick Garden on Sunday.
Celebrities who have donated personal items for Swish in The Garden event include TV presenter Jayne Middlemiss, Newcastle United captain Alan Smith and comedian Ross Noble.
Actress Donna Air and athletics legend Brendan Foster CBE have also agreed to donate some merchandise to the event, which will be raffled off for the nominated charity Smile.
The donated items are:
:: A black T-shirt with a white emblem design from funnyman Ross Noble;
:: A signed pair of football boots from Alan Smith;
:: A black skirt emblazoned with the words ‘hellraiser’ from Jayne Middlemiss;
:: A Great North Run T-shirt from Brendan Foster.
The clothes swap at Alnwick Garden is being coordinated by daisy green events as part of The Garden’s Inspire Northumberland fashion exhibition, which is running throughout January 2010.
