Scott Henshall hosts Lavish & Luxe fashion show

HUNDREDS turned out last night for a night of catwalk fashion and fun hosted by top designer Scott Henshall.

Scott, famed for creating the world’s most expensive frock, entertained guests at the Lavish & Luxe event at Wynyard Hall, Teesside.

The fashion extravaganza, organised by The Journal, featured sensationally stylish looks on the catwalk from the best of designer fashion in the North East including House of Fraser, Psyche, Aria Boutique, Romantique Couture and Boudoir.

Scott, who hails from Hartlepool, was back on his home turf. His designs have been worn by stars such as Paris Hilton, Madonna, Charlotte Church, Kylie Minogue and Victoria Beckham.

He was catapulted to celebrity status himself when he appeared on the reality show I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

As well as introducing the fashion houses, Scott also hosted a charity raffle in aid of Clic Sargent, which helps children diagnosed with cancer.
