SIR Alan Beith will today explain to Journal Radio listeners why he believes he is the man to clean up the Commons by becoming its new Speaker.
Berwick’s Liberal Democrat MP will also have to explain his role in the expenses scandal amid claims made by the Daily Telegraph about his own family’s housing arrangements.
