The world's biggest knitted Christmas tree is on show at the Eden Project in Cornwall. The 30ft tree was knitted by more than a thousand people between the ages of four and 100 years old. It was the brainchild of Alison Murray, from Bideford, Devon, who wanted to create something as a project to promote an interest in knitting.
