Road puzzle

Confused Welsh cyclists have been getting nonsensical advice about bladder problems from a mistranslated road sign. A small yellow temporary sign at a busy roundabout between Penarth and Cardiff, South Wales, says "Cyclists dismount". But the Welsh translation underneath reads "Bladder inflammation/irritation overthrow" ("Llid y bledren dymchwelyd"). The baffling and grammatically incorrect howler probably came about as an error with an online translator. Someone might have entered cystitis instead of cyclist.
