MORTGAGE claims made by Wearside MP Fraser Kemp have fallen dramatically.
The claim submitted by the Houghton and Washington East MP for mortgage interest was just £228.89 in April this year compared to £1,833.29 at the same month in 2008. But his overall second home allowance bill was £23,079.57 in 2008-09.
