TO submit your nominations for The Bupa Great North Run Award, click here, which will allow you to open an application form.
It will ask for your name, address, telephone number, and the reasons for the nomination in no more than 300 words. It might be that your nomination has triumphed over adversity to run, or perhaps they have a unique story which motivates them to take part.
