A MAN reported missing has been found safe and well following an appeal.
Police asked for the public’s help in trying to trace a Consett man suffering from dementia who had gone missing from his home.
It is believed 76-year-old Jimmy Annan, of Maple Court, Gloucester Road, may have caught a bus from Consett bus station to Newcastle shortly before 1.30pm today, Tuesday February 19.
Following the police appeal, Mr Annan has now been found fit and well.
