NEWCASTLE UNITED star Danny Simpson was left knocked out on the ground following a scuffle outside a takeaway shop.
Simspon was left bleeding and unconscious in the street after the bloody 4am brawl in Manchester.
It is believed he headed out on the town to celebrate Newcastle United’s 3-2 win over Chelsea on Saturday evening.
It is believed an argument happened outside the Rice Flamebar and Grill in Manchester in the early hours after he enjoyed a night out at the exclusive Circle Club with former Manchester United teammates Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley.
But the scuffle began as the footballer queued for his food.
Following the fight Simpson tweeted: "For the record im okay, 2 on 1 well done!"
