COMMUTERS are facing delays on the A19 south bound after a two car smash this evening.The collision at 4.39pm between a silver Peugot and purple Corsa at Newcastle Road near Testo's roundabout brought traffic to a standstill.Long delays were also reported on the Felling bypass and A19. There were no serious injuries and one driver was treated for whiplash at the scene by paramedics.Newcastle Road is now re-open and traffic easing.
