YOBS hurling rubbish at cars and lorries from a motorway bridge in County Durham are being hunted by police.
On Sunday the youths were captured on film on the motorway bridge at Coxhoe.
A police spokesman said: “Since September this year there has been a number of similar incidents, one of which has resulted in the driver of an HGV being taken to hospital with glass in his eyes. It is believed to be only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured if the persons responsible are not apprehended.”
One of the suspects is described as 5ft 10 inches, of skinny build wearing a grey hoody top and jeans, The second is younger, 5ft two, 5ft two, slim build, also wearing a hoody top and jeans, and with a small dog on a lead.
