DRIVERS received minor injuries after a crash in Newcastle today.
The accident happened on Scotswood Road at 10.18am after a Honda and a Ford Ka collided.
Police said the west bound carriageway was flowing freely while east bound was down to one lane.
By 11am one vehicle had been taken away. Officers on the scene said the second was due to be recovered soon.
