Newcastle man held over Raoul Moat investigation
ANOTHER man has been arrested on suspicion of helping killer Raoul Moat evade capture by police.
Northumbria Police officers this morning arrested a 26-year-old man in Newcastle.
He was today being questioned on suspicion of assisting an offender.
So far a total of 21 people have been arrested in connection with the case.
