Robbery at South Tyneside newsagents

Staff were threatened in a robbery at a newsagents near South Shields today.
The robbery, at Steve's News on Felling Way, Fellgate, South Tyneside, happened shortly before 5.30pm and the culprit made off with cash and cigarettes.
