Newcastle regeneration plans approved
Multi-million pound plans to develop a large area of Newcastle city centre have been approved.
The proposals for the Stephenson Quarter, behind Central Station, include offices, two hotels, apartments and exhibition space. The plans, put forward by developers Silverlink, were approved by Newcastle City Council this morning.
