Teenager sexually assaulted in Gateshead
Northumbria Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in Gateshead.
The 14 year old had been in a park near Ravensworth Road, Birtley, when the incident happened.
Officers were called to the scene at around 12.15am this morning.
A man was seen running from the area.
