If you need inspiration for your spring/summer wardrobe then stick to catwalk trends and you won't go wrong. Liz Lamb brings you the key looks from Fenwick in Newcastle.

WONDERING what to wear this season? Nautical and nudes are major trends for spring/summer and they can be found on bags and belts as well as clothes and shoes.

Designers such as Vivienne Westwood, D&G and Alberta Ferretti all sent models along the catwalk in blue and white stripes and the palest of shades.

Fenwick, in Northumberland Street, Newcastle, is stocking the big designer looks for the coming months and also has a strong selection of lifestyle wear for lazy weekends and occasionwear so you can shine at the races or a summer wedding.

The store showcased some of the collections at the Fenwick Fashion at Franco’s event, which was organised in conjunction with Gordon Brown Associates, to raise money for the Percy Hedley Foundation, which supports disabled children and adults.

Fenwick held a fashion show at the restaurant in Jesmond and the event also included a three-course lunch, raffle, and beauty and nail treatments. The models were supplied by Tyne Tees Modelling agency.
