THE Journal and Dunelm Homes are giving readers the chance to win a once in a lifetime prize.

One lucky reader will win a 10% house deposit to use on any property across the Dunelm Homes collection up to the value of £274,995.

If you’re a first time buyer then you could choose from a spacious two bedroom apartment or if your family is continuing to grow then a four bedroom detached house may be your choice.

Even if you are looking to downsize then a three-bedroom house could be perfect.

How to Enter

For your chance to win this incredible prize you simply need to build your own home by using the grid we printed in paper on Saturday, March 3, 2012.

Don’t worry if you missed Saturday’s Journal you can still get hold of a home grid by phoning 0500 444 388 or visiting one of Dunelm Homes’ show homes.

In The Journal every day we will be printing a different element of the house. We will be printing bricks, windows, the roof and a door across a four-week period. The final part of your home will be printed in The Journal on Friday, March 30, 2012 along with the details on where to send your completed house.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Prize is a 10% cash deposit for a Dunelm Homes property to the maximum value of £27,449. Properties are subject to availability. Winner will receive a cheque for the cash deposit. The winner must be aged 18 years or over. The winner must attend an appointment with a Dunelm Homes representative to discuss their prize and the Dunelm Homes properties, which are available. NCJ Media and Dunelm Homes make no assurance regarding the remainder of the purchase price due.  It is for the winner to arrange finance or their mortgage to raise the remaining 90%. If you are unable to obtain a mortgage offer with in 8 weeks from notification of winning the prize we reserve the right to reselect another winner. The Winner should note that their home may be repossessed if they do not keep up repayments on their mortgage. NCJ Media and Dunelm Homes shall not be responsible for any of the winner’s legal fees, search fees, stamp duty, mortgage payments or any other ancillary expenses associated with completing the purchase. The winner will be obliged to take part in any reasonable publicity organised in connection with this promotion. Only one token from The Journal’s e-edition is allowed per entry.
