ONE TO WATCH
Fashion designer Stella McCartney is bringing out an eau de toilette that is an extension of her Stella: StellaNude signature fragrance.
It features gentle, rosy notes to give a softer sensation than the original scent and aims to capture the sensuality of bare skin against delicate fabric.
Available in mid-August the eau de toilette is £29.50 for 30ml, £43 for 50ml and £56 for 100ml. The linen mist is £42.
NEW LAUNCH
Hairdresser to the stars James Brown has launched a new collection of products called Scandalous, inspired by rock chicks such as Lily Allen, Daisy Lowe and Pixie Geldof.
Scandalous follows on from James’ successful signature range James Brown London.
This new collection of 12 products includes seven styling products led by the Rock Chick Wave Spray inspired by the ultimate rock chick herself, Kate Moss. There are also two shampoos and two conditioners (£5.99) focusing on volume and moisture and the Intensively Glossy Rescue Treatment (£7.99).
BEAUTY & HAIRCARE
Northumberland beauty and haircare range Natural Empathy launched its range of luxury products in Selfridges in Oxford Street, London.
Made with extra virgin, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, grown from a farm in Northumberland, the paraben and sulphate-free Natural Empathy range combines organic essential oils with naturally derived vitamins and active ingredients.
Designed to pamper and protect, the range includes anti-ageing moisturisers including a men's moisturising skin conditioner, hand and body washes, body butter, bath milk and more.
Selfridges, impressed with the quality of the ingredients, British-made ethos and performance of the products, included the range in their main beauty hall for two weeks in July and it will then be housed in the Living Beauty section for at least three more months.
