This week fitness trainer David Fairlamb continues his weekly workout to help us get into shape.
Two more stomach exercises for you to follow this week.
Concentrate on keeping the crunch on your stomach at all times so the muscles are not released at any time during the exercise.
This gives the exercise intensity and works the stomach more effectively. If you have problems with your neck while performing stomach exercises, try the reverse crunch as the upper back and neck stay flat on the floor.
