COLD winds from the east made the sport challenging at Chatton Trout Fishery but there were still good catches with Anthony Shanks from Hadston catching nine and safely returning a 9lb rainbow to the new Dunnydeer lake.Read
Despite strong winds and rain there have been good catches at Chatton with Colin Reid from Berwick landing a quality 5lb 8oz rainbow. Other anglers reporting good bags included Gordon Swain from Durham who kept four and returned 12; Steve Bilbrough from Cramlington who caught 14; and John Williams from Morpeth and Phil Bilbrough from Bedlington who each caught 13.Read
