THE 2010 Journal Culture Awards will take place on Monday, March 28, at the Gala Theatre, Durham, and Culture Club members have the chance to win one of eight pairs of tickets to attend this exclusive event.

It is a chance to celebrate a fantastic 12 months of North East culture.

In the fourth year of The Journal Culture Awards, 15 finalists will be presented with their well-deserved awards in categories ranging from best newcomer to best event.

There will also be entertainment from some of those who help to make this a lively region in which to live.

The event will begin with a drinks reception with canapés from 6pm.

The awards ceremony itself will run from 7pm to 9.30pm.
